Also, you should know that these trucks are often going to be equipped with very sophisticated recording devices similar to airplane accidents, where they have the little black box. Well, trucks also have these types of sophisticated recording devices, which can be very helpful in cases like this. But again, these companies are no joke and they're gonna litigate these cases very hard and very seriously. You need to be prepared to do the same on your side.
